Is Seal necessary or just an upsell?+
For 24-hour wear, Bond alone is sufficient. For 48-72 hour wear, Seal is required. In humid markets (above 70% RH), Seal is required even for 24-hour wear. Position it as the "pro wear" SKU in retail.
Does the Seal change how the lash looks?+
Matte finish is invisible — the lash reads exactly as it would without seal. Glossy finish adds a subtle shine along the band, which some retail brands market as a "professional finish" upsell.
Can I buy Seal as a standalone bottle for my brand?+
Yes. 10ml standalone shelf SKU is the most common. Pairs with any brand's existing bond — our Seal formula is bond-neutral and works over most cyanoacrylate bases.
Which payment methods settle an order?+
100% prepayment on every order. T/T wire, PayPal and Wise accepted. Our finance desk issues the proforma invoice with the quote so you confirm bank details before transfer.
Which Incoterms and freight lanes run?+

Yes, on signed ODM contract. Country or region exclusivity attaches to a custom spec against a defined minimum reorder volume and term.

Do you ship direct to Amazon FBA?+

Send a defect photo and the batch code printed on the tray base. Our claim desk replaces the defective quantity free on the next shipment.
