What we check on every sampled tray.
Our bench samples 5% of every batch across six checkpoints. Each tray graded A, A- or B. Any batch that drops below the A- threshold holds for rework before dispatch.
Cluster Count
Verified per tray against spec. 16 clusters standard, 10 or 12 or 20 on custom specs.
Band Straightness
Band inspected flat against the inspection table. No warp, no bow, no crease at the fold.
Tray Face Finish
Clear PET tray inspected for scratches, scuffs, print alignment. Grading A / A- / B at the bench.
Fiber Uniformity
Random cluster pulled, fiber length and curl angle checked against spec drawing.
Band Base Grip
Adhesive layer at band base tested with light pull-off. Weak grip rejects the batch.
Packaging Alignment
Tray seated square in outer box. Insert card and barcode label aligned.

Why 5% batch sampling, not 100%?+
100% inspection on a hand-tied product adds cost without improving the pass rate meaningfully. 5% sampling catches batch-wide variance and ships at a price point retail buyers can hold margin on.
What is your defect rate?+
Below 1% on sampled lots. Industry average sits at 2-3%. Our line benefits from in-house fiber inspection and dedicated QC bench time.
What happens if a batch fails QC?+
The failed batch is held, the cause documented, the batch re-run against spec. Your PO ships on the next production slot — usually inside 48 hours of the original dispatch date.
Can I request a stricter QC level?+
Yes. Premium PL accounts can spec 10% or 20% sampling for a per-order fee. Our account lead quotes the add-on at proforma time.
Do I see the QC report before you ship?+
Yes. The report PDF emails to your account on the sampling day, before carton seal. Your sign-off releases the batch for dispatch.
Which payment methods settle an order?+
100% prepayment on every order. T/T wire, PayPal and Wise accepted. Our finance desk issues the proforma invoice with the quote so you confirm bank details before transfer.
Which Incoterms and freight lanes run?+
DHL, FedEx, UPS air express on samples and small orders. Sea LCL on case orders. FCL on 20' or 40' HQ containers. Full Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF, CPT, DDP — booked to match your customs flow.
Which certifications sit on file?+
FDA factory registration, MSDS safety data sheet, ROHS material compliance, SGS independent lab test and CPSR for EU markets. Compliance desk sends live PDF the same working day on request.
How does pre-shipment QC run?+
Our QC bench samples 5% of every batch across cluster count, band straightness and tray face finish. Each lot ships with a QC report PDF for sign-off before the carton leaves the dock.
Can I visit the factory in person?+
Walk-ins open any weekday. Our team picks you up from Qingdao Liuting Airport or Pingdu station. Live WhatsApp video tour on request if travel does not fit.
Does the factory grant design exclusivity?+
Yes, on signed ODM contract. Country or region exclusivity attaches to a custom spec against a defined minimum reorder volume and term.
How does reorder scheduling work?+
Our account lead maps the reorder to your sell-through pace, holds priority production slot ahead of peak season and keeps a standing stock buffer for repeat buyers.
Do you ship direct to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. FNSKU barcode label, polybag with suffocation warning, carton size and weight to Amazon shipment spec. Our logistics team ships straight into the FBA receive center on your shipment ID.
What happens if a tray arrives defective?+
Send a defect photo and the batch code printed on the tray base. Our claim desk replaces the defective quantity free on the next shipment.
How does the first order start?+
WhatsApp or email Jason with the brief — brand name, target market, lash category, order volume, timeline. Our account team returns a sample pack, tiered price sheet and a factory video slot by end of the next working day.
Which lash fiber do you run?+
100% Korean-grade PBT synthetic fiber. Vegan, cruelty-free, no mink. Matte or glossy finish. Our fiber desk inspects every batch for curl consistency.
Can one PO mix cluster lash styles?+
Yes. Mixed-SKU wholesale is standard on this line. Pack across the full cluster catalog if the reorder cycle calls for it — MOQ holds per spec at 100 sets, not per PO.
