Jason confirms the picks the same day. For stock samples, our sample bench pulls the trays from inventory. For custom, our developer drafts the first spec.
Step 3
Sampling
Stock: trays are packed into the sample box the next working day. Custom: our bench weaves the first spec in 3-5 working days.
Step 4
Shipping
DHL (standard) or FedEx (fast). Tracking number lands in your WhatsApp when the sample box leaves the dock. Transit: 3-5 days to US / EU, 5-7 days to AU / ME / SEA.

Testing
Your side. Try the sample on your lash artist, your influencer panel, or your own eyes. Compare to competitor samples. Report back on fit, wear, and look.

Stock samples: free, you cover DHL freight (approximately $30-50 to US / EU, charged at cost). Custom samples: $80-180 depending on complexity — refunded against your first production order over 500 sets.
How long until I have samples in hand?+
Stock samples: 3-5 working days total (sample picked, DHL dispatch, international transit). Custom samples: 7 working days from brief sign-off, plus DHL transit. Pre-production samples: 15 working days.

Can you ship samples under my own brand label?+
Yes, for pre-production samples once your private label artwork is signed off. The sample pack arrives in your branded packaging — useful for showing a buyer or an investor what the final shelf SKU will look like.
What happens after I approve a custom sample?+
Approval locks the spec. Production begins the next working day. Lead time is 15 working days from approval to carton-on-dock, plus freight to your market. We ship DHL (small quantity), DHL / FedEx air (medium), or ocean container (large).
Which payment methods settle an order?+
100% prepayment on every order. T/T wire, PayPal and Wise accepted. Our finance desk issues the proforma invoice with the quote so you confirm bank details before transfer.
Which Incoterms and freight lanes run?+

Yes, on signed ODM contract. Country or region exclusivity attaches to a custom spec against a defined minimum reorder volume and term.
How does reorder scheduling work?+

Do you ship direct to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. FNSKU barcode label, polybag with suffocation warning, carton size and weight to Amazon shipment spec. Our logistics team ships straight into the FBA receive center on your shipment ID.
What happens if a tray arrives defective?+
Send a defect photo and the batch code printed on the tray base. Our claim desk replaces the defective quantity free on the next shipment.
