What A Cluster Lash Is
A segment of 10 to 300 lashes bonded at a single root knot. Applied as one piece, not as individuals, not as a strip. Wear time 24-48 hours with Bond & Seal.
Fiber On Our Line
Korean PBT, matte finish, cruelty-free. The same reel runs every density tier. No gloss, no plastic shine, no fiber shedding at the knot.
Curl Set
C curl standard for soft lift, D curl for dramatic lift. We do not run J, B, CC, DD, L or LC curls — those are lash extension specs, not cluster specs.
Length Spread
8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16mm as the standard spread. Up to 22mm available at 200D and 300D for the full-glam look.
Density Grades
Ten grades from 30D (lightest wispy) through 300D (densest volume). Pick by the look your retail buyer wants, not by how much fiber feels on the band.
Band Options
Cotton black (standard) or Invisible clear. The clear band disappears on skin for the no-makeup wear your beauty shoppers ask for.

Pick A Density First
The density grade decides the look. 30D-50D reads natural. 60D-100D reads volume. 150D-300D reads full-glam. Density is what your retail buyer searches, under whichever name she calls it.

Then A Length Spread
Uniform length reads natural. Scattered longer spikes read wispy or manga. Length ramp (10mm inner, 16mm outer) reads cat eye.
STEP 03
Then A Curl
C curl for most buyers. D curl for shoppers who already wore extensions or strip lashes and know they want a dramatic lift.
STEP 04
Then A Band
Cotton black is faster to apply but shows on light skin. Invisible clear band disappears but costs 10% more and runs on a tighter MOQ.

What is a cluster lash?+
A cluster lash is a bonded fan of 10 to 300 individual lashes joined at a single root knot and applied as one piece. Wear time 24-48 hours with Bond & Seal. Sits between strip lashes (full band) and lash extensions (one lash at a time).
How is a cluster lash different from a strip lash?+
A strip lash is one continuous band of lashes applied in one piece. A cluster lash is applied as 5 to 10 separate fans across the lash line, so each cluster sits exactly where your buyer wants volume. Cluster also wears longer (24-48 hours vs 12-24 hours for strip).
How many densities do you make?+
Ten grades: 30D / 40D / 50D / 60D / 80D / 100D / 120D / 150D / 200D / 300D. The density number is the count of fibers per cluster fan. Lower reads natural, higher reads volume.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ is 100 sets per spec code. Spec code = unique curl + density + length + band combination. Mixed-SKU PO is standard — 100 wispy + 100 natural + 100 cat eye counts as 300 sets across 3 specs on one container.
What is your lead time?+
15 working days from approved sample, standard. Faster lead time (10 days) possible if your spec codes match stock inventory on the line that week — ask Jason the exact timing for your order.
Which payment methods settle an order?+
100% prepayment on every order. T/T wire, PayPal and Wise accepted. Our finance desk issues the proforma invoice with the quote so you confirm bank details before transfer.
Which Incoterms and freight lanes run?+
DHL, FedEx, UPS air express on samples and small orders. Sea LCL on case orders. FCL on 20' or 40' HQ containers. Full Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF, CPT, DDP — booked to match your customs flow.
Which certifications sit on file?+
FDA factory registration, MSDS safety data sheet, ROHS material compliance, SGS independent lab test and CPSR for EU markets. Compliance desk sends live PDF the same working day on request.
How does pre-shipment QC run?+
Our QC bench samples 5% of every batch across cluster count, band straightness and tray face finish. Each lot ships with a QC report PDF for sign-off before the carton leaves the dock.
Can I visit the factory in person?+

Does the factory grant design exclusivity?+
Yes, on signed ODM contract. Country or region exclusivity attaches to a custom spec against a defined minimum reorder volume and term.
How does reorder scheduling work?+
Our account lead maps the reorder to your sell-through pace, holds priority production slot ahead of peak season and keeps a standing stock buffer for repeat buyers.
Do you ship direct to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. FNSKU barcode label, polybag with suffocation warning, carton size and weight to Amazon shipment spec. Our logistics team ships straight into the FBA receive center on your shipment ID.
What happens if a tray arrives defective?+
Send a defect photo and the batch code printed on the tray base. Our claim desk replaces the defective quantity free on the next shipment.
