How does your wholesale price tier work?+
Three tiers — 100 sets per spec at entry, 500 sets at the second tier, 2,000 sets at the container tier. Your account lead sends the live price sheet after the first brief exchange.
What is the smallest wholesale order you accept?+
100 sets per spec is the entry point. You can mix 100 sets of ten different styles in one PO — mixed-SKU wholesale is standard, not a surcharge case.
How do you handle container orders?+
Case orders at the 2,000-set tier qualify for FCL on 20' or 40' HQ containers. Our logistics desk books through your freight forwarder or ours, with full compliance paperwork clipped to the Bill of Lading.
Do you store standing stock for repeat buyers?+
Yes. Repeat buyers get a standing stock buffer held under their account code — priority allocation ahead of peak season, no queue behind new accounts.
Can I combine cluster lashes with lash glue in one shipment?+
Yes. Cross-category combined shipments ship from the same dock on the same B/L. Combine cluster trays with Bond, Seal, Bond & Seal duo, Remover and Adhesive on one PO.
Can your line hold a reserve price before full PO?+
Yes. The quote reserves the tier price for 14 working days from issue. Deposit transfer locks it until the PO closes.
Do you offer bonded warehousing at destination?+
Not direct, but our forwarder partners run bonded facilities in LA, Rotterdam, Felixstowe and Jebel Ali. You can land stock duty-paid-later for your draw-down.
How quickly can wholesale orders ship after PO?+
Stock-style sets ship inside 7 working days. Mixed-SKU orders built against your spec sheet ship inside 15 working days from PO.
Which payment methods settle an order?+
100% prepayment on every order. T/T wire, PayPal and Wise accepted. Our finance desk issues the proforma invoice with the quote so you confirm bank details before transfer.
Which Incoterms and freight lanes run?+
DHL, FedEx, UPS air express on samples and small orders. Sea LCL on case orders. FCL on 20' or 40' HQ containers. Full Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF, CPT, DDP — booked to match your customs flow.
Which certifications sit on file?+
FDA factory registration, MSDS safety data sheet, ROHS material compliance, SGS independent lab test and CPSR for EU markets. Compliance desk sends live PDF the same working day on request.
How does pre-shipment QC run?+

Do you ship direct to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. FNSKU barcode label, polybag with suffocation warning, carton size and weight to Amazon shipment spec. Our logistics team ships straight into the FBA receive center on your shipment ID.
What happens if a tray arrives defective?+
Send a defect photo and the batch code printed on the tray base. Our claim desk replaces the defective quantity free on the next shipment.
How does the first order start?+
