Product Information
Specifications shown on this site are typical production specs on the date of publication. Minor variation within industry tolerance is normal. We reserve the right to update specifications, formulations, and designs without prior notice; a signed sample approval locks the spec of your specific order.
Pricing And Quotes
Prices shown in a quote PDF are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise stated. Freight prices are quoted separately and may update at PO time based on current ocean or air freight market rates. All prices are factory-gate (EXW Pingdu) unless the quote states a different Incoterm.
Payment Terms
All orders require 100% prepayment, structured as 30% deposit by T/T to open the production slot and 70% balance by T/T before dispatch. We accept bank wire (T/T), PayPal, and Wise. We do not offer Net-30, Western Union, Alipay, or any deposit percentage other than the above. The exact terms applicable to your order appear on the proforma invoice.
Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ is 100 sets per spec code. A spec code is a unique curl + density + length + band combination. Mixed-SKU purchase orders are standard; aggregated volume determines the tier for pricing purposes.
Shipping And Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for details. Lead time is 15 working days standard from approved sample. Risk of loss transfers at the Incoterm point agreed in your quote.
Returns And Replacements
See our Return Policy for details. We are a B2B factory, not a retail store. Returns are limited to defective goods identified within the 7-day inspection window after delivery.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any order is limited to the invoice value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or damage to reputation.
Warranties
We warrant that goods conform to the signed sample and the specification in your proforma invoice. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond that stated.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any order placed with us are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing, in English, under its then-current rules.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disaster, pandemic, war, labor action, government order, or infrastructure failure. The affected party must notify the other within 7 days of the triggering event.
Changes To Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; use of the site after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
