Trademark Notice
"Cluster Lashes®" is a registered trademark of Pingdu Cluster Lashes Factory. This notice explains what the trademark covers, how our OEM, ODM, and Private Label clients may reference the mark, and what uses are not permitted.
The Registered Mark
Cluster Lashes® is registered as a trademark of Pingdu Cluster Lashes Factory, covering cluster lash products, lash adhesives (bond, seal, remover), lash kits, and related beauty supply goods. The mark is registered in the People's Republic of China and in selected export markets. The ® symbol indicates that we treat the mark as registered where applicable.
What The Mark Covers
The mark covers the exact wording "Cluster Lashes" when used as a brand identifier. It also covers the stylized logo wordmark that appears on this site. It does not cover the generic term "cluster lash" or "cluster lashes" used descriptively to refer to the lash format in general industry language.
OEM & ODM Clients
When we manufacture OEM or ODM cluster lashes under your brand, the finished goods carry your brand name and your trademark — not ours. You may reference Pingdu Cluster Lashes Factory as your "manufacturer" or "factory partner" in sales conversations or regulatory filings; you may not use the Cluster Lashes® mark on your packaging or marketing without a written license from us.
Private Label Clients
Private Label clients receive goods under their own brand. The Cluster Lashes® mark does not appear on the goods, packaging, or marketing collateral unless we explicitly agree to co-brand under a separate license.
Press, Industry, & Review References
Industry press, trade publications, and buyer reviews may refer to "Cluster Lashes®" or "Cluster Lashes Factory" descriptively (e.g. "we visited the Cluster Lashes Factory in Pingdu"). This nominative-fair-use reference is permitted. Please use the ® symbol on first mention and credit Pingdu Cluster Lashes Factory as the entity.
What Is Not Permitted
Using "Cluster Lashes" as the brand name on competing cluster lash products. Registering domain names that incorporate "Cluster Lashes" with intent to compete or mislead. Using our logo wordmark on your packaging, website, or marketing without a license. Reselling our goods under a brand name that implies we are the manufacturer of your competitor's products. Importing counterfeit goods that bear our mark.
Reporting Infringement
If you encounter products or websites that appear to use the Cluster Lashes® mark without authorization, please notify us. Email jason@clusterlashesfactory.com with the URL or product details. We investigate every report and take appropriate action, including customs seizure, cease-and-desist, and legal proceedings where warranted.
Licensing Enquiries
If you have a legitimate commercial reason to use the Cluster Lashes® mark — a co-branded retail SKU, a trade-show reference, a joint-venture application — email Jason with the specifics. Co-branding licenses are evaluated case by case.
