How does the magnetic lash system work?+
The band carries small magnet beads along its length. Your buyer applies the magnetic eyeliner first (which contains iron-oxide particles), waits 20 seconds for it to set, then presses the lash band onto the liner. The magnets grip the iron-oxide line.
How many magnets should the band have?+
Two magnets reads minimal and comfortable for daily wear. Five magnets is the salon default — secure without feeling heavy. Ten magnets is for dramatic editorial / event wear with maximum grip.
What is the magnetic liner formula?+
Water-based with suspended iron-oxide particles. Dermatologist-tested, hypoallergenic. Sold with the lash as a matching set — one brand, one promise, two SKUs that always ship together.
Can magnetic lashes be reused?+
Up to 30 wears per band. The magnets stay functional for the full life of the band. Clean the band gently between wears to extend reuse.
Why do magnetic lashes read premium on retail shelf?+
The packaging holds a magnetic flap, the liner bottle, and the lash tray in one presentation box. The format justifies a $25-45 retail price band — well above standard strip lash territory.
What is the difference between magnetic and press-on?+
Press-on uses skin-adhesive on the band and bonds to the lid. Magnetic uses iron-magnet bond against the liner. Magnetic feels lighter and reads more premium; press-on is simpler and cheaper.
Can I pair magnetic lashes with Bond for extra hold?+
Not recommended. The glue defeats the magnetic positioning. If a buyer needs extended wear, upgrade her to the 10-magnet set rather than add glue.
Which magnetic SKU sells best?+

Does the factory grant design exclusivity?+
Yes, on signed ODM contract. Country or region exclusivity attaches to a custom spec against a defined minimum reorder volume and term.
How does reorder scheduling work?+
Our account lead maps the reorder to your sell-through pace, holds priority production slot ahead of peak season and keeps a standing stock buffer for repeat buyers.
Do you ship direct to Amazon FBA?+
Yes. FNSKU barcode label, polybag with suffocation warning, carton size and weight to Amazon shipment spec. Our logistics team ships straight into the FBA receive center on your shipment ID.
What happens if a tray arrives defective?+
Send a defect photo and the batch code printed on the tray base. Our claim desk replaces the defective quantity free on the next shipment.
