How It Applies
The steps your shopper follows.
The application your retail shopper follows. Print this on the inside of the box lid; it drops first-use complaint rate by half.
Step 1 — Clean The Lash Line
Wipe the lash line clean with the included prep pad. Oil or makeup residue blocks the bond.
Step 2 — Dot Bond On The Cluster Band
Squeeze a rice-grain-size dot onto the cluster band. Not along the lash length.
Step 3 — Wait 3 Seconds
3 seconds for the tack to catch. Press the cluster into position.
Step 4 — Seal The Edge
Brush Seal over the band once the Bond cures. Extends wear from 24 to 48 hours.

Is cluster lash glue safe for sensitive eyes?+
Our formula is latex-free, formaldehyde-free and dermatologically tested on 60 panel participants. If a shopper has reacted to another brand's glue, send her a sample from us — our formula uses a different base chemistry.
What is the shelf life of lash bond?+
24 months unopened, 6 months after first opening. Store cap-tight at 10-25°C. Direct sun shortens shelf life to 12 months.
What size bottles do you ship?+
5ml (retail kit), 10ml (shelf standalone), 30ml (pro salon). Custom sizes 2ml or 50ml available at 2,000-bottle MOQ.
Can lash bond be shipped by air freight?+
Ja, by DGR air (dangerous goods) with full MSDS documentation included. Standard DHL / FedEx air works for shipments under 50 bottles per carton. Larger consignments ship ocean.
Can I custom-formulate for extra-sensitive skin?+
Ja. We can drop viscosity (thinner formula for pediatric skin tests), extend tack time (10 seconds for first-time users), or add glycerin (soothes dry skin). Minimum run 2,000 bottles for custom formula.
