The samples themselves are free. You cover DHL freight at cost — approximately $30-50 to US / EU, $35-55 to AU / ME / SEA. Your first PO above 500 sets refunds the DHL in full.
How many styles can I pick?+
Up to 10 cluster trays from our standard catalog. Mix any of the 10 cluster styles — wispy, natürlich, volume, manga, cat eye, brown, colored, short, long, invisible band. Within each style, pick the exact density and length you want tested.
How fast does the sample pack arrive?+
Picks start the same working day. Sample box leaves our dock the next working day. DHL transit: 3-5 days to US / EU, 5-7 days to AU / ME / SEA. Tracking number lands in your WhatsApp as the box leaves.
Can I request a custom sample instead of stock?+
Ja. Custom samples (a style we don't stock, a density we don't catalog, a band color unique to you) take 7 working days to produce plus DHL transit. Cost $80-180 depending on complexity, refunded against your first PO over 500 Sätze.
What about packaging samples?+
Pre-production samples (the exact lash + the exact box your retail SKU will mass-produce in) run $180-320 and take 15 Arbeitstage. For stock sample requests, your lashes ship in neutral brown kraft trays with factory labels — packaging samples are a separate request.
