Lash Tray
PET injection-molded, holds 1-12 cluster fans. Clear or black. Tray face accepts foil stamp or UV spot for brand mark.
Inner Lid
Printed paperboard, 300gsm. Matte, gloss or soft-touch finish. The piece shoppers see first when they lift the box.
Outer Box
Hinged magnetic (premium) or slide-drawer (standard). 400-450gsm paperboard. Full-color CMYK + Pantone + finish stack.
Shipping Carton
Corrugated outer, 5-layer. Printed with brand mark + handling icons. Fits 48-144 retail units per carton.
Insert Card
Instruction card, lookbook, or thank-you note. 157gsm, printed both sides, folded or flat.
Shrink Film Or Belly Band
Optional. Shrink film for tamper-evidence; belly band for premium shelf presentation.

What is the MOQ on custom-printed packaging?+
500 units per unique artwork and dieline. Reorders drop to 200 units once the tooling and plate are in our library. Full tooling (dieline, printing plates, foil stamps) is kept on file for 24 months after your last order.
How long does packaging artwork take from brief to proof?+
Three working days for the first digital proof, assuming you supply logo + brand colors + rough layout direction. One revision round included; additional rounds billed at design-studio rate. Physical proof (printed sample) ships 5 working days after sign-off.
Can I supply my own artwork or do you design it?+
Both. Supply print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi, 3mm bleed, outlined fonts) — we go straight to proof. Or brief us: Logo + 2-3 reference boxes you like + brand colors. Our in-house studio turns the brief in 3 Arbeitstage.
What packaging formats fit the cluster lash tray?+
Hinged magnetic box (standard, premium shelf), slide-drawer box (budget shelf), blister pack with hangtab (peg-hook retail), and shelf-ready carton (volume retail chains). All four accept the full custom printing stack.
Do I need to apply for a UPC/EAN barcode before packaging?+
Ja, if the SKU goes into retail chains. The barcode printed on the box must register under your brand with GS1. We can leave a UPC placeholder in the dieline and insert your real code before final print — adds one working day.
