How does pre-applied adhesive stay fresh on the tray?+
Our factory applies a UV-stable adhesive formulated for shelf life. 18 months at ambient, longer in refrigerated transit. Each tray carries the production date and batch code for your inventory rotation.
Does the shopper still need Bond and Seal?+
No for daily wear. The pre-applied adhesive carries the hold on its own. For 48-hour wear or active use, add a Seal topcoat, sold as the upsell SKU alongside the pre-glued tray.
How does pre-glued differ from self-adhesive?+
Pre-glued has the lash-grade adhesive pre-dosed at the base, same formula as the Bond you'd apply yourself. Self-adhesive uses a different polymer that bonds skin-side without any lash-glue chemistry.
Why do pre-glued trays sell on retail shelves?+
Lower return rate. No glue-leak complaints. First-time cluster buyers who tried DIY kits with glue and gave up come back to pre-glued and stay.
Can the shopper reuse a pre-glued cluster?+
Once removed, the adhesive loses tack. Pre-glued is a single-use retail format, the economics work on the reorder cycle, not reuse.
